Technical specification

Glass rooms are built with premium aluminium sections and tempered safety glass, with double glazing available for noise and heat. For full control over privacy, we offer PDLC smart glass that switches from clear to opaque at the touch of a button and cuts cooling load by blocking infrared and UV. Outdoor majlis and traditional tents are built on rust-treated steel frames with fire- and UV-resistant PVC or PTFE covers, fully insulated and waterproofed, with electrical works and interior finishing ready for hosting in any season.

Frequently asked questions
Do glass rooms get hot in summer?

Not when built correctly. We use insulated double glazing and thermally broken aluminium sections that stop heat transfer through the frame, with dedicated cooling sized to the volume and glazed area.

What is smart glass and what does it save?

PDLC glass switches from clear to opaque electrically. Beyond instant privacy, it blocks infrared and UV, reducing cooling load and protecting furnishings from fading.

How long does a glass annex take?

A 50 to 60 m² annex typically takes four to six weeks including base preparation, frame, glazing, interior finishing, electrical and cooling.

Do you build traditional majlis and tents?

Yes, on rust-treated steel frames with fire and UV resistant PVC or PTFE covers, fully insulated and waterproofed, with electrical works and interior finishing.
