Renovation & Insulation
Crack treatment, correction of old structural mistakes, and rehabilitation of façades and interiors — with waterproofing and thermal insulation that stop the problem at its source.
We diagnose the cause before repairing: a hairline crack in plaster is nothing like a structural crack in a load-bearing element, and the wrong repair hides the problem for a year then returns worse. For insulation we use sprayed polyurethane foam on roofs, polyurea coatings with high abrasion and leak resistance for tanks and trafficked surfaces, and advanced sealants for expansion joints, metal façades and glazing. All modifications follow the Saudi Building Code for existing buildings so structural safety is never compromised.

Plaster crack or structural crack — what differs?
A hairline crack in plaster is superficial and treated with filler and paint. A crack in a load-bearing element signals a structural issue needing diagnosis, epoxy injection or strengthening. Treating the second like the first hides it for a year, then it returns worse.
What is the best roof insulation?
Sprayed polyurethane foam gives thermal and waterproof performance in one seamless layer. For trafficked surfaces or tanks, polyurea coatings offer higher abrasion and leak resistance.
How long does a façade renovation take?
A five-storey office building typically takes four to six months including diagnosis, crack treatment, insulation and façade rehabilitation. Duration depends on the extent of damage, not area alone.
Does renovation need permits?
Modifications affecting structural elements require approved drawings under SBC 901 for existing buildings. Finishing and surface insulation work usually does not.
