The critical piece is irrigation: concealed drip and spray systems with an automatic controller and sensors deliver only the water the roots need — cutting waste and noticeably reducing the monthly running cost.

Natural or artificial turf?
Natural looks better and stays cooler but needs prepared soil, drainage, continuous irrigation and regular maintenance. High-grade artificial is maintenance-free and UV resistant, suiting small areas, roofs and heavy-use zones.
How much does smart irrigation actually save?
Switching from flood or untimed spray to sensor-programmed drip cuts water use substantially, because water reaches the roots only in the needed amount and at the right time of day.
When is the best time to landscape?
Planting in the mild months gives the highest survival rate. Infrastructure work such as irrigation, electrical and pathways can be executed at any time of year.
Is maintenance included after handover?
We set the irrigation programme at handover and offer a scheduled maintenance plan. A garden is a living system, and the first three months of care determine whether it succeeds.
